considered as bridge of communication, and effectively achieved. Reputed schools request
effective team.
2.1.3 School Educational Staff
Educational Staffs play the main role in implementing the Quality system and
achieving the quality objectives. They are directly responsible of the product of the school i.e.
students. Every school improvement is measured and analyzed by students’ results. Trust
plays an important role especially inter relationship teacher-student, teacher with colleagues,
teacher-parents. This inter disciplinary relation helps the school to work well and to achieve
its goals because each stakeholder depends on the other and this is the way to create a better
school reputation.
Lack of personnel commitment towards students and parents will destroy trust between the
school communities. The main objective is to serve the interest of students and to satisfy
parents as clients. Educational staff must show their loyalty toward school using the most
effective and the updated technics and practices for the sake of the qualified students.
2.1.4 School Parents
Parents search for the best of their children, and they can influence the management in
a way to be satisfied. They are considered the external challenge of the school. So school
should observe well its environment because this is will help her to define her goals and
objectives and functions. Certainly there are rules and obligations to follow.
School goals should meet parents’ expectations. When parents pay for school fees they expect
to obtain the maximum benefits for their children, and if not, they surely have other choices as
to move to another school.
Parents are school clients and the client satisfaction focus is the main objective of the
implementation of the Quality management system. Parents satisfied with the school
reputation will leave their kids for at least 13 years in the same school till the last class before
graduation; noting that parents satisfied are the free marketing tool of the school.
