DETERMINANTS OF SCHOOL CHOICE

The involvement of stakeholders plays an important role in a reputed organization,

because it shows how it retains the corporate stakeholders when sharing ideas for the benefit

of both sides, and in the other hand the implementation of Quality Management System and

its positive impact on organization (schools specifically).

2.1 Schools Stakeholders and their roles

2.1.1 School Top Management

Parents should be aware of the school sociability, the attitude of management towards

its teachers, parents, students and its leadership values count a lot. If the school staff is badly

treated, this will influence their attitude towards parents and students. Parents should ask

themselves if management has the correct attitude towards its staff and students.

School management is responsible of the mission and vision of the school and achieving its

goals and must show its best vision to the community by giving to the society the best

product, qualified students. Those people will be the image of their organization. In

conclusion, the top management of the school should be committed to the school quality

objectives and its achievements.

Managers should be leaders. Good staff deserves good manager to plan, collaborate and

develop when using adequate strategies. (Brenner, Fairris, and Ruser 2004).

2.1.2 School Administrative Staff

Administrative staffs should be involved in realizing the quality management system

of the school and play an important role in maintaining the financial situation of school, the

decision making, the fundraising and budgeting using the most up-to-date technologies by

supporting the management and the Educational staffs. A well-structured school management

is efficient when its goals and objectives are clearly understood by the administrative staff,
