Training and development plans are to be delivered to the training agency, and to be

evaluated and measured as it goes noting that training providers and consulting agencies for

schools are not much in Lebanon till now since there is only one and unique training agency

called WAZNAT, that our school is dealing with.

4.1.2 Comparative table describing the Quality Management System and

the present situation at “R” School

Based on the questionnaire and the assessment in chapter three, describing the

situation of the “R school” that has no Quality Management System, where nothing is

documented, no performance appraisal that leads to motivation; the table below explains the

actual situation in details and compare it to the Quality Management System requirements.
