ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS
Special recognition to all people, who helped in this thesis, especially Dr. George Yahchouchi,
the tutor who recommended a lot with his instructions, and the support he gave that really
facilitated in preparing this subject. An appreciation goes for the interference and cooperation
of the Management, the administrative staff, teachers’ coordinators, and parents of the
“R”
school especially to my colleagues’ teachers who work in the school and other private and
public schools those who helped a lot in the benchmarking study.
A large gratitude should be addressed also to my husband, who did appreciate and support my
studies with his work experience and his position as a member of parent’s committee in the
“R” school; not to forget also my 2 kids who did inspire my decision to improve the school
quality and helped to understand students’ needs and what do parents search for, in a school.
